Very nice hotel with pool on top and nice terrace. Confortable bed, safe and small refrigerator are included. It’s also very safe area located near to all tourist actrations. Really good breakfast. I will stayed here again.

Sewer smell was crazy. They moved our room into a bigger suite where there was no hot water and a Jacuzzi tub that leaked all over the floor and soaked our clothes. The Staff in the Restaurant and at the front desk were very nice. I would not stay there again.

The room was clean but a bit cramped with the layout of the end of the bed right up against the sliding glass door. The bed was not very comfortable but otherwise the experience was fine for a last minute booking due to flight cancellations. I notified the staff about the toilet seat being broken and they came to fix it within a few hours! We enjoyed a simple evening meal and 2 breakfasts in the restaurant and the attendant (Anthony I think) was fantastic!

This property was clean, modern, the staff very friendly, and the free breakfast out of this world. We ate in the restaurant one night as well and the food was good and well priced but the waitstaff was phenomenal!!! GREAT service. Thank you Amelia and Angel Jesus!!!

When I went we were the only people staying at the hotel. But the staff seemed like they had to do us a big favour for a basic thing like hot water. The breakfast was really good. TV didn't have Netflix or anything. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Carla is amazing and friendly. She went to a restaurant to get me food since the restaurant was opening at 7 and I was hungry and I am diabetic. She should be a manager because she also works in the bar and did a pinacolada. I am very happy with the hotel.

Good place in a nice little town. GREAT Staff

The stay was very good. Nice small town, relatively nice new hotel building. Nice just a bit generic. However staff was Fantastic. They are all very strong at what they do, have some english skills and care about the customer. It's evident.

The front desk staff was excellent! The manager when consulted about accommodating, knowing that we had an extra room (due to illness) and requested an upgrade, was reluctant to give us a better room despite having multiple vacancies. It would have been an easy solution to please a guest. They finally gave us a halfway solution. Again, having the rooms available, the manager could have found an easy way resulting in a better review. The hotel is new but we found multiple issues, cracks on walls, defective toilet, tv didn’t work. Breakfast was great. Excellent service. Again, great staff, not so good manager.
