Muy buen servicio y el personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar, en especial el personal del restaurante es muy cordial.

Aunque no está en pleno centro de la ciudad, igual una muy bueno opción. Solamente el desayuno no varia casi nada de un día a otro, por lo tanto después de unos 3 o 4 días el desayuno no llama mucho la atención.

Me pareció un buen Hotel en relación precio/calidad. Un poco de olor a encierro en la habitación que tuve que ventilar. Desayuno buffet agradable. Queda un poco lejos del centro pero con un entorno bello y seguro.

muy satisfactoria. en este momento estoy en la misma cadena de hoteles en puerto montt tengo reserva por ustedes hasta la noche del 24-1 inclusive quisiera reservar 25 y 26 inclusive. espero confirmación por este medio

Hotel is OK, good rooms, free breaksfast. we recommend to replace the carpets on rooms, they are old and full of dark patches.
