"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had no reservation. Our trip was a family trip with two children. We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did. "For a 3 star hotel, this place is just an amazing stop in Montpellier. Quiet, plenty of parking, great staff and great open hours, excellent location for any thing in town either in "new " and "old" town. Spacious room and bathroom and coffee facility in the room Highly recommend this place. "
