I recently stayed here and while the location and overall service were decent, I was disappointed with the bathroom facilities. The bathroom is extremely small, making it very uncomfortable to move around. It felt cramped and impractical, which negatively impacted my stay. For the price, I expected a more functional and spacious setup. This is something the management should seriously consider improving.

Decent place to stay

Check in was friendly although one of the receptionists didn't speak very clearly which was challenging as my French is passable but far from fluent. The room was a decent size but the toilet/bathroom was small without a door- just a curtain. We intended to go out for an evening meal but as we were about to leave there was a very, very heavy downpour of rain. Reception saw is and offered us the loan of an umbrella which was really nice of them but we decided we didn't want to go out in the rain so we had a snack in the restaurant. The waiter was very friendly, efficient and helpful. We were tied after a long drive so were quite happy to stay in really but a cheerful waiter was really welcome. We went into the city centre the following morning and the hotel is really well situated for the central Square of Montpellier (Place de la Comedie). Finding the hotel when digging into Montpellier was a nightmare though because of road closures and the one way system and this would put me off returning unless traveling by train. Be warned if driving though that you need an emissions certificate from the City authorities which you need to have planned before you start your journey. You can't register online and be covered as you need to allow time for the physical certificate to arrive. If traveling from another country, this could take days off even weeks and you're liable for a €68 fine if you're spotted.

Klar til renovering af værelser

Værelset var ekstremt småt. Det værste var toilet og bad. Alt var krampet sammen og man skulle ikke vende sig med store armbevægelser. Der var kun en glide glasdør mellem rum og bad og den lukkede ikke helt til. Meget simple møblement men gode senge. Servicen i reception var god og morgenmaden dejlig. Centralt hotel men lidt kringlet at finde rundt det første døgn.

Hôtel dans son jus. Des travaux sont nécessaires, parquet gondolé, des plinthes se décollent, la douche met de l'eau partout car pas de porte et directement dans la chambre, chambre à la limite de la propreté cheveux dans la douche à l'arrivée, pommeau de douche plein de calcaire. Très cher pour le standing.

L’état de la chambre,surtout la partie salle de bains n’est vraiment pas correct. Le sol de la douche était vraiment déplorable,l’état du carrelage au niveau des toilettes qui a été réparé apparemment plusieurs n’est pas acceptable pour ce genre d’hôtel.les toilettes présente d’énormes traces de calcaire qui donne l’impression d’être sale.

Top pour un petit séjour à Montpellier

L’hôtel est très bien placé, sa localisation permet de se balader un peu partout dans Montpellier facilement. Le personnel était à notre écoute et nous avons été bien accueillis. Petit bémol sur la chambre d’où les 4 étoiles car la chasse d’eau fonctionnait mal et il n’y a pas de prise à coté du lit, c’est moins pratique. Sinon séjour agréable dans ce lieu je recommande

Propre et très bon accueil. Lit confortable. Bonne localisation au coeur de la ville mais... Rapport qualité prix très mauvais. La chambre est très petite, la salle de bain dans la chambre est juste séparée du reste de la pièce par un petit rideau. L'eau inonde la pièce à chaque douche bref, rien qui justifie le prix demandé (plus de 160 euros).

Très déçu

Très déçu de cet hôtel qui offre une cuvette de toilette ouverte directement sur la chambre. Dès qu'on est entré on a senti l'odeur du toilette et l'humidité. En plus, la chambre elle n'était pas bien nettoyer. Pas de serviettes de main ni de cheveux. Puisque qu'on est arrivé tard vers 21h, épuisé du trajet, on a pas demandé à ce qu'il nous change la chambre. Tout de même très très déçu de cette prestation.
