"The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired."
"The location of this hotel is fantastic if you’re staying in Milan. You’re within walking distance of all the main attractions in the core, including just a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I speak and understand Italian, but it’s worth noting that the staff also speak English quite well. Makes the experience even more comfortable for international travellers.
The included breakfast was excellent. A great way to start the day. I also appreciated that they didn’t rush guests. One morning I arrived a bit later and there was no pressure at all, which was greatly appreciated.
While the rooms are slightly dated, they are still very comfortable and most importantly clean. I had no complaints whatsoever. Overall, I would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip to Milan and would recommend it to others visiting the city."
