The little Beach House in the Forest

  • This quant basement home is located on the edge of Black Forest 5 min from I-25 and the North gate of the Air force academy. Only 40 miles to Denver and 17 miles to Garden of the Gods and Pike Peak not far from there.
    Two Bedrooms one Queen bed and one Full bed with a pullout Queen bed in the living room. Plenty of parking, walking distant to Fox run park and a short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants.

    Also, a good chance to see all kinds of wildlife from your own front porch.

    There are two homes on this property with there own entrance. You can drive and park right by the front door

    There are no open fires but you can smoke outside. there is a washer and dryer combo unit in the house
