About this property

Resort located in the heart of Colorado Springs

  • Beautiful views in a full and private basement apartment that is newly remodeled. Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.

    We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. Hot tub was great.

Though there is an upstairs tenant, rarely hear them and still feel like there’s plenty of privacy. Good communication with the owner, and the hot tub was amazing.

Excellent and welcoming hosts! Wonderful property in a fabulous neighborhood. We felt extremely safe. This would be an excellent location for female travelers. The only thing I was hoping for was an actual full-size oven in the kitchen, but I worked around its absence. The place was sparkling clean and we are picky about cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean, quaint, comfy couch our whole family could stretch out on. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The whole back of the property is so neat. I was worried when it said basement apartment, but it’s just the bottom of a split level with plenty of light. Steve was friendly and helpful. Will recommend and return!

Very nice stay

Just as many of the other reviews stated, Steve is awesome. Super friendly and most willing to help guide in anyway. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend to others who are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in the Colorado Springs area. This home is close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, etc. If you stay here we would highly recommend eating at the View House. We had great service and enjoyed a wonderful meal and live music!

Great place and owners!

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs as well as the property! Everything was clean and just shown in the pictures. Steve was wonderful and easy to get ahold of, as he lives next door. He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!

Absolutely beautiful

Steve was the best host, and was communicative and reachable if needed… Everyone loved the cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen (coffee, spices, silverware etc) There’s a grill and fire pit along with the hot tub that was used frequently. I can’t say enough about this place. The location and view was also great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10 out of 10!

Family Vacation

We loved our basement VRBO. We never heard any noise from upstairs. We loved the deer that came to the yard on a daily basis. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Only downside is the kitchen needed more cooking stuff for our liking.
