The home has been fully outfitted with new furnishings, fresh paint & has a wonderful front porch for people watching & views of Pikes Peak. And backyard for relaxing or grilling out. Private parking at the back, grocery store, gym, restaurants are literally right across the street. If you're looking for convenience and relaxation, this is the place to be.
