🏠 The Home This updated historic property offers 1,392 square feet of well-designed living space with a warm, welcoming feel. Original charm meets modern convenience throughout the home, making it easy to settle in whether you're visiting for a short stay or a longer relocation.
The living room is cozy and comfortable, featuring a reclining sofa and Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Fast WiFi and a dedicated desk provide a reliable setup for remote work or school needs.
The remodeled kitchen is bright and functional, equipped for everyday cooking and longer stays. Bar seating offers a casual option, while the dining table seats six comfortably for shared meals. A drip coffee maker is provided for easy mornings.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and well suited for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a futon for additional sleeping, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and Smart TV and connects through an open doorway to a separate sleeping area divided by a partial wall. This bonus space includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a futon and does not have a door, creating a shared sleeping layout that works especially well for families (please review photos). The third bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV.
There are three bathrooms in total, including the primary ensuite, a second bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and a third bathroom with a standalone soaking tub (no shower). A full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement and available for guest use.
Please note that there is a long-term tenant in the upstairs unit with a completely separate private entrance. There are no shared spaces, and guest privacy is fully maintained.
🍃 Outdoors Guests can enjoy both front and back outdoor spaces during their stay. The front porch offers seating and a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The fully fenced backyard provides a private, pet-friendly area to relax, with a wood-burning fire pit for gathering and a propane grill for outdoor meals. The yard offers plenty of room to enjoy time outside without leaving the property.

Pet fee is $75 per pet. - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations. - Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.

Had a great time during our 4-day stay. This is our 2nd time staying in Lake Forest, and we love the quiet atmosphere, pond, and community pool. Everything is only a 2-3 mile bike ride (or shuttle ride) away, including the beach.
We had an amazing time is Sea Pines. The villa was perfect for us. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The lagoon off the back deck was my favorite part. It is so relaxing and the Spanish moss dripping off the trees is gorgeous. We loved all the birds and especially the alligators. We also felt the location of this villa in Sea Pines is perfect. You can ride bikes to Harbor Town and South Beach but it’s also located where you can ride out of Sea Pines to Coligny! We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to be back.
Lovely house! Well equipped and comfortable. Tenant upstairs was virtually undetectable. But we did meet the tenant and is really nice. Just wish the road noise was a little quieter.
We have stayed in Sea Pines the past 3 years and this by far has been our favorite place. The owners and Relax Rentals have thought of everything. The communication is amazing! We certainly hope to be back if they will have us.
Overall, we enjoyed this house. It’s charming and spacious with a view of mountains in the distance. Unfortunately, two of the rooms were not accurately represented in the listing. One of the bedrooms (with bunk beds) was supposed to include a Queen bed but there was no additional bed in the room. Additionally, this room was joined with one of the King rooms. There was no door to separate the rooms which made sleeping arrangements difficult. The King bed was not a comfortable mattress. There were no linens provided for the sofa beds. There were only 6 forks in a house listed for 10 people. When we contacted the host about these issues, they were apologetic and worked to remedy the situation. They were unable to do anything that evening, but the following day they dropped off a bag full of new pillows, linens, and flatware from the store. If the house becomes better equipped for a group of 10 and accurately portrays its setup, it could be a great place to stay.
