Enjoy being 1-2 miles from University of Colorado, Pulpit Rock hiking trails, Palmer Park hiking and mountain biking trails, Colorado Springs Country Club, and also one of Colorado Springs largest and newest shopping centers - University Village. We are a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs with easy access to I-25, the main road outside our neighborhood can be taken directly to Garden of the Gods. Soak in gorgeous views of the Front Range from the spacious backyard and large deck. Great place for a family

We stayed a couple days with 5 adults and three kids. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Great location close to all the Colorado Springs locations and a little over an hour from the Royal Gorge. Big enough for the whole family and beds were super comfortable!!

Weekend trip to Colorado Springs

We loved this house. Check in was super easy. 5 minutes from the interstate and restraunts. Very spacious and very clean. Host was very easy to reach and work with. Would stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

Went to Colorado Springs for a family vacation trip. This house is super close to all tourist sites such as garden of the gods, pikes peak, and seven falls. Great outdoor space for kids to play. Overall great stay!

Comfortable stay

Quick stay for the weekend for a golf tourney. House was clean and comfortable. The NES was a fun addition to bring back a little nostalgia. Would stay again.

Beautiful place

We stayed here with our family and there was 7 of us. The place had plenty of space that we could spread out or gather together. It had plenty of video games for my teenage son and he enjoyed playing them with his uncle. We had a very enjoyable time at this location!

Loved the porch And the games

This was a wonderful home to stay in. He was clean and ready to go and walked in. My husband and I enjoyed the large, quiet porch. Our kids were drawn to the video game machine- Which is probably why we were able to enjoy the porch 👍

Just perfect for what we wanted!

An ideal location for anything related to UCCS (and convenient [a short drive] to downtown as well as Old Colorado City). We enjoyed the clean, spacious property in a quiet neighborhood - and the large deck is ideal for morning coffee and evening conversation. Communication with the hosts is quick and thorough. We hope to return!

Close proximity to UCCS

This property has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The website mentioned the views, but the homes surrounding the place blocked any views of the mountains. Otherwise, it was really relaxing.

Fantastic Weekend!!!

We were in town from Texas for a Chive Charities meetup. The location was perfect for getting around town for shopping and sightseeing, and for some unique libations (Lebowski’s Taproom). We cooked supper and breakfast on 2 separate occasions, and had plenty of supplies to do so. The rooms were perfect, and had we had kiddos with us, would have been very entertaining for them having the games in the house, (even us old guys enjoyed the arcade game)!!!

Everything we needed and a responsive host!

My family was in town for a wedding at garden of the gods. Travel and access to the garden of gods was easy yet the home still felt very private away from the busy city. Check in and check out was so simple. The Gibsons (host) were very responsive and helpful. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were VERY comfortable! Home was clean. We would go back again.

Great for Family Get Togethersed

6 adults stayed in this comfortable house for a long weekend. There is a really nice mix of spaces to gather and privacy to retreat to in the bedrooms and/or multiple floors. We loved the deck and the large dining table. Everyone in my party commented on the quality of the beds. Bathrooms are a little DIY but functional. House is 15 minutes from any restaurants or stores, so you definitely a car. Hosts were super responsive and check in and out was very smooth.

Son's Spring break stay

The house was well-sized, stayed with 3 other parents. Great communication with the owner. Pros-- Great Space to relax, Great Deck! GREAT Communication with the owners!! Cons-- Only had 3 coffee cups. Previous renters were not the best residents. That caused a few issues, but the owners quickly acknowledged and resolved them. We would stay/book and again.

CO Springs Retreat

The property was just as advertised. While there were only 6 of us, it could easily accommodate 10 adults comfortably. Most VRBOs I have stayed in have minimal kitchen tools and gadgets, not this property. we were able to prepare dinner without wanting for anything we normally have at home. We spent a lot of time on the deck, the deck and back yard were awesome, and peaceful. We did not need anything specifically, but communication was excellent and very responsive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend and return to this property. Thank you!

Great place

We had 7 adults and 2 kids when we stayed here. The place is exactly as described. We didn't have access to the garage like we thought we would but it wasn't really an issue (until the hail storm happened!). The yard left a little to be desired for the kids to play in it but we weren't at the house all that often so it wasn't really an issue either. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The queen bed in the basement is very noisy every time you roll over and not very comfortable. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

We had a great time! Everything was as expected. The house was awesome and the views of the mountains were spectacular. Excellent location and the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again when we come to Colorado Springs!
