Key card system was down. Couldn't access room without a staff member. Adjacent room noise all night long made it hard to sleep. Comfortable bed. Clean fresh smelling room. Nice breakfast made to order. Helpful staff.

The overallmproperty was nice. Staff and room was great. The only problem was the reaturant and dinner staff. The one waitress on Monday night was absolutly terrble! It was like she was there to laugh and party, not to serv. We WILL NOT go back there for dinner again! By contrast, the next beeakfast server was WONDERFULL! She was attentive and very friendly, night and day difference between the dinner server!

The property is nice but outdated. The shower drained slow and left standing water when showering. The outlets didn’t have usb plugs. My key got deactivated several times.

Bottle beer $9 ridiculous. $9 for 2 cans of soda and 1 iced cream. Gave me onion rings that needed another minute, they were soggy and greasy.

bad check in policy
Poor policy to not let adults under age of 21 check in because there is a bar on the property. My college kid got stuck with a cancelled flight after checking out of her dorm. I needed a room with an airport shuttle. I made a reservation in her name and paid for it on hotels.com but they wouldn't let her check in. I had ask to talk to the manager and then jump through weird hoops with paper credit card authorization for an incidentals fee that the hotel wouldn't allow my daughter to pay on her credit card. If I wasn't home to deal with this from 1000 miles away she would have been really stuck. Hotels.com offered to give a refund through their chat, but I really needed a roof over her head for the night. Hotels.com chat kept telling me my daughter was checked in even when she was not. I appreciate that the manager allowed a work around, but it seemed pretty outdated and it was pretty obvious my kid was stuck and not going to throw a party or go to the bar. There should have also been a bartender to check her id if she was going to try, so the policy makes no sense.

I stay here every time I come to Colorado. I feel very safe going outside at night to sit by the fireplace which is one of the reasons i stay. The safe is very friendly and helpful. My room has always been super clean. I will continue to stay here. It's easy to get round the area.

The stay and the service provided by the staff were good , we booked the Mountain View room which I highly recommend. Only thing which I felt needed to be consider were pillows, they were squishy.

Loud slamming doors late into the night. Prepaid breakfast was ok. Coffee and eggs were Luke warm, waitress never came back.
