You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Cozy guest house with views and A+ furnishings!
Enjoy western sunset views of Pike's Peak from a private deck. Enjoy our loft-style guesthouse which is decorated with Southwest charm to complement your stay in this region. Loft means there are walls but no internal doors. It includes a full kitchen, a dreamy king memory foam bed, fast WiFi with (2) 55” TVs and Polk soundbar. We are proud of our stellar reviews and look forward to hosting you!
The space
Sit on the deck and enjoy the view it is one of the best in the city. The loft is modern and extremely clean and cozy with quality bedding, great pillows and towels. There’s an infrared grill on the deck and plenty of kitchen amenities such as a ninja blender and both pod & drip coffee makers. The property is on 1acre with plenty of parking if you bring a trailer with bikes or quads everything will be safe.
Guest access
This guesthouse is separate from the host’s house on a 1 acre property. You will have access to safe off street parking and if you bring bikes you are welcome to put them in the garage just let us know.
Other things to note
The neighborhood is very quiet but it is close to lots of dining options and close to the highway for easy access.
