Beautiful neighborhood, where you’ll be a short walking distance from the playground, bike/skateboard ramp, and sandbox! You can even sit outside to enjoy local sports games!

Disappointing all the way around!
My recommendation is do not book! Save yourself the hassle & keep looking. By far the worst experience we have had! The property was VERY dirty & wobbly furniture. During our stay our bed broke at the feet & we had to spend majority of our stay on the dirty carpet. The shower liners wreaked & the shower bottoms were disgusting! We knew the property hadn’t been cleaned because the previous guest note was still there! Along with carpet spots that I took pics of prior to arrival.

Stay was nice and location was great for our needs. we have fun on a scavenger hunt finding the toilet paper. clean towels and dishes. Winner of our group was praised for finding all before IO called owner. The top surfaces were clean bur behind furture needed a little attention.

We Give this a WOW!
Excellent place for a group, the kitchen has a lot of room for multiple cooks, 3 toilets, Netflix, right next to a BIG park and lots of view from the window to the park and the valley east, the future downstairs was comfortable, each of the beds upstairs were very comfortable, extra toys in the closet for the grands, spacious bathrooms & bedrooms, large garage, wifi worked great, nice neighborhood, stores just up the road 3 minutes. We would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Great location in Fountain Co!
This is a clean and centrally located property to nearby restraunts and shopping in Fountain Co. Initially, we were delayed by about 20 mins at the check in as it was still being cleaned and we had a wedding rehearsal dinner to get to. The property host communications were prompt and timely. We made it in time but our timeline was unusually tight based on our planned schedule. The acomodations were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet (I am a light sleeper and got great rest). We also appreciated the spacious garage to park in. We liked that there was a park right across the street from the front of the town home in a rolling hills scenic area. We will definitely stay there again!
