Beautiful basement apartment in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs. Walk to Colorado College, downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located within in a restored 1890's home, the space is historic and charming with modern touches throughout. Only a short drive to the best attractions Colorado Springs has to offer such as Garden of the gods, The Broadmoor Hotel, Cheyenne Mountain zoo, Manitou Springs, and more! A stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Although we are not on the premises, should you need anything you can always message us.
This is a triplex property. There are guests in 2 other units which are above this unit. You will be able to hear noises from other guests as they walk around ,etc. For these reasons, we do have a 10:00 pm quiet time in place. You may encounter other guests going in and out of the building. We ask that you abide by the house rules and be respectful to the other guests.
