"Caught the ferry from HK to the outer terminal and then free shuttle bus to Venetian. The place is so big it was a bit tricky with check in as you got dropped at West Lobby and had to find Main lobby. It with an amazing place and so handy to other casino's. Think we just scratched the service in the area with so much more to see. Definitely would go back again."

"My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was professional, specifically Jessicat at the Front Desk. She went out of her way to help with a power transformer and ensure my stay was memorable. This is my second return visit. The last time I was at this hotel was in 2016, and I had a great stay back then, as I did this time. My only concern is that we asked for a non-smoking room, and the room had smokers in it. The staff quickly provided another room, and the problem was solved....
