Nice Hotel and friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly, the Elevator was not working when we arrived, so the staff helped us carried our 2 big luggage to the 2nd! It is a old style Hotel, but very nice and cozy , and great location! Next to the Christmas market! I will come back and stay when I visit Brühl next time!

This hotel was rated as excellent and 3 star. However the condition of the room was not near excellent.and star should not be given more than 2. And I paid $260 for one night for 2 people. They charged $38 for the second person in the room. Considering the location and condition of the hotel, the rate was overpriced. Also I feel the charge for extra $38 for the second person in the room is unusual and made ma very unhappy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel.at fair price
We slept there 1 night on our way to Phantasialand and were very satisfied with this hotel. It is located in a short walking distance from a shuttle to.Phantasialand. Our room was big and clean. Service is very friendly. And breakfast is good as well.

Chambre spacieuse et propre! Mais insonorisation nulle ! Le matin réveil avec les déchargements des camions action juste en face ( des 5h30 du matin) ; petit déjeuner tb mais service peu accueillant ! Réception Excellente !

Chambre avec lit séparé alors qu'on avait pris une reservation avec lit double, 1 seul coussin et une toute petite couette Le petit déjeuné compris était relativement bon mais je trouve que 110e la nuit pour le service proposé est un peu cher Heureusement que l'hotel était proche de phantasialand

Toll war, wir durften das zimmer schon früher beziehen. Denn wir hatten um 11Uhr einen Termin und konnten uns nochmal frisch machen. Danke! Alles andere hab ich schon angekreuzt. Wir würden auch wiederkommen.

War alles sauber und das Frühstück sieht gut aus und ist sehr lecker. Gute Unterkunft, wenn man z.B. in das Phantasialand möchte. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Nach der Lage des Hotels, Außenansicht und der kleinen Lobby (aber alles sauber und gepflegt) hätte ich die Zimmer so nicht erwartet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, großzügig, schön eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht mit genügend Platz und auch hier sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück in Form von Büffet gibt es recht reichlich Auswahl, auch mit frischem Obst. Wir waren zwar nur 2 Tage dort und auch den ganzen Tag unterwegs, können uns aber nicht vorstellen, das es bei einem längeren Aufenthalt Mängel geben würde. Wir finden dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Zu erwähnen wäre noch die Umgebung. Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe der Fußgängerzone mit netten Restaurants und direkt gegenüber einer Einkaufsgalerie ,it einigen bekannten Geschäften. (Das japan. Restaurant neben dem Hotel ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen ;-) )

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es riecht stark nach Nikotin und der Optische Zustand schreit nach Renovierung. Die Zimmer wurden zwar vor Jahren renoviert, allerdings allgemein zu Dunkel für mich. Das war definitiv mein letzter Besuch dort.

Alles im allem war es sehr schön! Personal und Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Sauberkeit top. Parkmöglichkeiten jedoch sehr gering. Würde nichts desto trotz immer wieder in das Hotel gehen.
