Perfect central city location, right next to the cathedral and train station. Modern room, clean, comfortable beds, kettle and small fridge, modern bathroom and WiFi. No manned reception, but very responsive via email when we had a query. 5 flights of stairs to our room, so do be aware! Would recommend. Only small problem was shower pressure/temperature was intermittent at times.

The stay was okay/good. We were a little bit unsure that there was no night reception there. You just feel safer and secure when an employee is in the building. The blutetooh Box and Ipad didn't work.

Check in is a machine on the wall. Not user friendly. No lift. We were on the third floor and there is another floor above. Shower cubicle was ridiculously small. Complementary tea/ coffee/mineral water and some juice very welcome.

The check in was a nightmare. The informing email was not clear. Lucky to have other guests help me fix out. The room was much small than the pictures on Hotels. Smell and stuffy! And the steep stairs killed me as well. My room was in another wing. The instructions hided dedicatedly !

The beds are 2m long and the bottom one is closed on both ends. If you're tall (I'm 190cm, 6'3"), you can't really stretch out. It's not as restricted on the upper bed if you let you feet hang off the end. The shower doesn't have anywhere to put your soap or other supplies. The supplied body wash and shampoo bottles are clearly meant to be hung from the wall, but there is no place to hang them. The only place to put them is on the floor. Automated check-in was simple and quick.

De kamer was niet heel schoon en de badkamer viel half uit elkaar. Verder lag je scheef in bed doordat het matras al doorgezakt was. Ook was de ingang van het hotel niet fijn om alleen naar binnen te gaan door alle zwervers die er zaten.

很近火車站，但酒店要行3層樓梯，沒有升降機，而且樓梯梯級很窄，非常難上落，對於拿重行李箱的旅客非常不友好

Kein Personal, umständlicher Check-Inn. Für zwei Personen viel zu kleines Bett. Mini-Zimmer. Mini-Bad. Das Klo kann man nur schräg benutzen. Frühstück gibt es überhaupt nicht. Eine 0,5-Liter-Flasche für zwei kann man sich auch sparen.

Ich hatte am Vortag angerufen, ob ich evtl. schon um 14 Uhr einchecken kann. Da wurde mir gesagt, daß ginge. Dem war leider nicht so, weil es nur einen Automaten zum digitalen Einchecken gibt. Und da kann man vor 15 Uhr nichts machen. Leider gibt es auch keinen Aufzug. Personal und Service ist schlecht zu beurteilen, weil es da kaum Kontakt gibt. Die Dame, mit der ich kurz gesprochen habe, war freundlich. Im Zimmer gibt es kaum Platz, die Kleidung unter zu bringen. Dafür gibt es kostenloses Wasser + Kaffee/Tee. Das ist ein Pluspunkt ;-)

Top Lage direkt am Dom, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Der Check-In per Automat hat gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war recht eng und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Mit offenem Fenster etwas laut, aber Ventilator vorhanden. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt super, sehr fairer Preis.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Dom/Bahnhof. Es gab einen self check in Automaten. Tagsüber war drinnen dann auch eine Person als Ansprechpartner. Das Gebäude in dem ich war hatte keinen Aufzug und unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock. Die Einrichtung war für den Preis ganz schön und stylisch, das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, Dusche mit Duschgel, Shampoo, Taschentücher, Handtücher,Fernseher mit Netflix und Co. Das Bett war bequem und sauber. Direkt vor der Tür gab es gute Döner Läden, Kioske, die auch nachts geöffnet haben. Ich war dort allein als Frau mit meiner Tochter auf einen Kurztrip um die Stadt anzusehen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, haben uns auch nachts dort sehr sicher gefühlt. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Türen waren alle videoüberwacht und mit code zu öffnen, genau wie die Zimmer. Preisleistung war super. Frühstück gab es nicht, aber eine Kaffeekapselmaschiene im Zimmer mit Kaffeekapseln, es gab eine Art Gutschein für Starbucks dort bekam man dann Frühstück für 6.90€. Ist auch gleich gegenüber. Es ist aber auch ein sehr netter Bäcker/Kiosk gleich unten am Haus da gab's auch günstig Frühstück. Ich würde es tatsächlich wieder buchen.
