Nice and close to the Dom.. but not very comfortable beds (they were very "firm").

Very close to Köln Cathedral, Köln Hauptbahnhof and restaurants and museums. Our room had a great view of the cathedral.

The perfect location! I’m so glad we stayed here. Beds are very comfy. Hot showers. Free fruit. I only wish the rooms had still water instead of mineral- or maybe offered both. Very happy with my stay.

It’s always nice to stay in CityClass Hotel am Dom. It’s my second time and won’t be the last. Would highly recommend. Location wise is near everywhere.

The location was great. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Very easy to check in and out. The room was spaciuos and confortable. The only little thing: didn´t have a USB conection to charge the phone. But everything else was great!

Spent 10 days in Germany in various cities and by far this was the best hotel of our trip. The city is gorgeous and this hotel matches it’s surroundings quite well.

The rooms were a lot smaller than the pictures looked. It was nice to be able to see the cathedral from the room but it still wasnt the greatest view. I would stayed somewhere else for the price and size of room. If you want it to be quiet at night probably pick a different location. It is a an overall clean place and centrally located.

Located directly across the cathedral and near the train station made it easy for us to get around. Although everything seemed walkable. All necessary amenities were available. Staff was pleasant as well.

Hotel staff are very kind. Problem is there are several steps to enter the hotel. Not good for older people who cannot do several steps and luggages have to be carried.. overall very clean hotel and 7 mins walk to shops and train station.

Wonderful location, walking distance from the train station next to the cathedral. Clean, big rooms with all the amenities. Ours had a view to the cathedral. Staff is nice. Great breakfast with a robot helper! We enjoyed so much and would stay there again when back to Cologne.

I stayed here twice in 2 weeks, It is very close to everything including shopping , train station, river, museums , cathedral , tourist area , but it’s still very quiet . I Love it . Property is very clean, felt like newly remodeled .
