"Air conditioning broke during night setting off an alarm which woke me up spoiling my nights sleep, which was reason for coming the day before my conference. Once i worked out what it wasand rang receptionstaff came and switched off air con unit. However, this meant room became uncomfortably warm. Disappointing given the price paid. Fely a partial refund should have been offered.it wasnt. Fish and chips nice in restaurant. However, hot breakfast items were not warm which was unfortunate.. "

"Lovely staff! Comfy room and bed, very clean, silence at most times, you can use the toaster and microwave in their common area and complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room. Stunning nature around the hotel and a beautiful area in the backyard."

"It was fine, window in my room did not have a proper seal, so room cooled overnight and this woke me up, heating system seemed to stuggle to warm it up - I should have asked to change rooms but did not. Good bar and restaurant area, nice breakfast. No gym, unlike some other nearby airport hotels. "

"Breakfast was amazing. The view was great. I love a rooftop, and Sky restaurant is one of my favourites when I am in Birmingham, and to have breakfast there was such a treat. The hotel is one of the best I stayed in. Definitely will come back. "

"Unfortunately the room wasnt clean properly even the shower had water on the floor breakfast only had few options and the parking fee was higher than even a regular holiday inn. The chair in the room had stains on it sofa innthe room had marks as welk and the bed lining was also coming off from everywhere. The only good thing was the staff at the reception other than that sorry had a veey bad experience "

"Pleasant, large room in seperate building away from the main building (which also had rooms. Bar with food service. Car parking available. Decor was a bit tired, but otherwise clean and tidy. Good breakfast."

"For the price, the hotel is in need of an upgrade. It’s not a bad stay overall, but the grand entrance sets expectations that the rest of the property doesn’t quite meet. That said, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and a real highlight of the experience."
