"Had a booking for 3 people and they were low on rooms due to a big student conference so we had to all share a double bed. Cots are extra. Breakfast was okay, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good if you want to be downtown (near ATMS and restaurants). AC wasn't strong and the showers were cold but Bali is hot so it's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

Me tuve que ir porque había bichos en la cama y cuando fui a recepción el hombre de seguridad me dio sábanas nuevas para cambiarlas yo misma y también tenían bichos. The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests. "Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
