"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We received truly personalized service, which made us feel very welcome and well cared for. The breakfast was amazing and a real highlight of our stay. It included fresh juice and fresh fruits, along with a choice of delicious hot breakfast dishes, all served right in the villa. It was such a wonderful and relaxing...

"Good: breakfast, room size, staff hospitality Bad; far from airport than expected, noisy along with main road"

"This property the people was excellent and extremely welcoming the property is very beautiful the rooms is dated and needs a face lift other than that it felt very homely"

"I arrived very late at night, and despite this reception was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious lovely and I was greeted with a handwritten personalized note. I appreciated the large comfortable bed and inside/outside bathroom. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me find something in the village nearby, and to see me back to the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Great location , very relaxing vibe "

"We initially checked into the second villa (821?) which had 1 king bed and 2 singe beds and it was pleasant. There were lots of mosquitoes but they provide each villa with citronella oil and mosquito spray. There was no tv in the living room and that evening they brought in a new one to be installed (but did not inform us beforehand that this was happening, they just rang the villa bell). However the next morning, one of my friends witnessed a rat crawl from underneath the fridge. Front desk...

"Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. Pretty much was forced to pay the cancellation because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to argue with the manager that barely spoke English over the phone."

"Absolutely loved staying here and will be back one day"

"The villa is cozy and quite. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am abit disappointed because of the dirty bed linen. There are yellow patches on the linen and matress protector. The protector is so dirty like didn't change n wash for long time. Their services is really good, i call the reception and they change for us without a single words."

"주변 머 없고, 조식은 최악. 룸서비스는 쏘쏘, 넓고 친절한건 장점."

"I liked that it was quite and the beds were comfy. "

"When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. The hotel was quiet and secluded- away from the busy hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was a close walk to all amenities such as food, supermarket, fruit/veg and...

"Nice apartment comfortable beds. Kitchen facilities were basic no washing liquid. There was a lot of mosquitos so we had to buy mosquito spray. Staff were so helpful to help us buy dinner food, arrange for transport the next day. Everyone was friendly and kind to help us. "
