This was a delightful granny flat in a quiet neighbourhood. Was close to local attractions and public transport, perfect for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

Had a lovely stay in Gerards studio, it was exactly as listed. Communination was great, the studio was spacious enough for the two of us and a great location to explore coffs harbour from.

Clean comfortable and in the heart of Coffs. Perfect for my husband and son to share whilst staying in Coffs for sport. Gerard was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will be back and highly recommend this property.

I had a very comfortable stay in this studio. The studio was clean and had a lot of space. Gerard was a helpful host and easy to contact if I needed anything. It was a close drive to shops and attractions in Coffs Harbour. Would stay here again!
