Pet friendly is a plus.. lots of doggos on the beach.Property has the basics.. minimal items in unit, so you need to bring quite a bit of things to make your trip complete. "To honor my elderly mothers request to go to the beach for a weekend, I looked for a small house that wasn't too expensive and where everything was on one floor. The cottage met our requirements. The cottage was clean, had ample towels, and the beds were comfortable. The check-in and out was very easy. The owners were very kind and pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful visit."

"This is a very spacious house for four and possibly for more a short walk from the beach, through some trees and directly to the water. Despite the highway in view, it was very quiet and was comfortable for our weekend stay. Despite the somewhat spare decor and slightly random kitchen, we had everything we needed. While it is an older house, there were minimal quirks and the location is excellent."

"It was very important to have a fenced yard for our little dog she is really part of our family enjoyed the use of the pier for veiwing the Potomac and a little light fishing the cottage was very clean and comfortable if we can we would like to return sometime "
