Fantastic views. Super modern studio. Lovely welcome email from the manager. Just remember its self contained. There are no basics like salt and pepper, tin foil, or gladwrap or anything other than basic plates, knife,forks etc. No broom or anything to keep it tidy if your there more than a couple of days but im OCD about that sort of thing lol. Beautifully presented and high level of cleanliness. Take extra kitchen bags etc for your rubbish if your eating in. 2 ring cooker and very small...

Great place to stay. Very clean

Curio Bay/Porpoise Beach was an outstanding location. We loved the beachfront position where we could watch the dolphins playing right in the shallows. The famous petrified forest was brilliant, you can look at something 160 million years old. The Star filled dark sky was exquisite

We really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was a problem. A lot of thought was put into making it a real home away from home.

Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't ice cold how you usually want it in hotels, but I guess it's Dunedin so not a priority in the cold weather - 10/10 would stay again

Easy checkin and we were enthralled with the great location and stunning 180 views of the beach. Apartment was very tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfy and it was warm and cosy. Loved the spa bath and we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come back thank you :)

Lovely people, warm well- equipped spacious unit, everything we needed.

Very spacious studio unit. Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Was a cold day when we arrived - the unit had its heat pump going before we arrived to warm it up. Much appreciated. Lovely quiet stay.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

8 bed dorm was really spacious. Loved the curtains, really made it feel cosy and cocoonlike. Comfy duvet and pillow and CLEAN. Super warm too, really felt like a home away from home. The staff, especially Martin, was really helpful. Would stay again when I’m back in Dunedin.
