"It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon."

"I was in town for the Kansas City Triathlon, and this house was the perfect accommodation for me and my travel buddy! Very clean, lots of space, very comfortable seating areas both indoors and outdoors with lovely nature views in the backyard. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with - would definitely recommend!"

"Stayed for 2 nights to go to the Chiefs/Chargers game. This house is so close to the stadium and very convenient. Anyone going to a Chiefs game should definitely check this place out. Highway noise is loud. Noise machines helped a bit."

"Went to Kansas City for a little family vacation and went to World of Fun and Union Station over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family's needs. The yard was fantastic for our kids and grandkids to play baseball and tag in. The kitchen and dining room were excellent for all those meals made and to play family games at. "The owner has this streamlined and has thought of everything. I don't know how often I'll need to stay in Warrensburg (hadn't been since college in 1982 lol) but I definitely will try to book this again if and when I do. Quiet, clean, cozy and great controls for entry/exit and HVAC plus nice TVs with Roku to boot."
