Great place to stay! It was a beautiful setting inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was nice and clean. It was close to the boat ramp. We all had a great time!
What a beautiful place. Loved the property and home. Only thing that could have been better was evening entertainment, no games, tv, wifi, so when it got dark at 5pm we got bored pretty quickly!! But the house was very clean and comfortable, would absolutely stay again!
Enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful quite location with a beautiful view of the lake. Host was very accommodating, even on short notice. Nice towels and very clean. Loved the kitchen table and chairs. Wonderful screened in porch with swing to enjoy the view.
The cabin was sparkling clean. The area is extremely quiet. You can only hear the breeze and the birds. Lake is only a minute drive away. All and all great destination for a tranquil time off.
House was very nice. Out of propane. Really enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately caught no fish But we will go back.

Great place to getaway!
Overall, we were pleased with the property and our stay. Absolutely use the pin in the email from the owner or you will never reach the property. Kitchen is not fully stocked. Coffee mugs, yes. Drinking glasses consisted of 3 plastic glasses. One 6" skillet and no baking sheets. Heat vents, cold air return, and floors were dirty. Bugs an inch deep in light fixture over table. No firewood. BUT......beautiful home and property. Very quiet. Peaceful.
What a wonderful home! We enjoyed it so much! So peaceful and we had everything we needed. We will be back many more times! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Loved the property and location, so peaceful! Had a great Saturday with friends for a weekend and we all thought it was better than the photos! We would definitely stay again in the future.
Loved the place. Directions were a bit squirrelly, but we got it figured out. It was father away than what was indicated. Not located in the town of Deepwater. I would still stay there again, but people should be aware that it is farther away than indicated.
Wonderful property, lovely setting, well equipped with everything needed.
(Reason for the three star rating above was that when we searched for Appleton City verb, this came up and sounded perfect, but it was about thirty miles to get to our son, as opposed to 12 miles from Appleton City. Received address two days ahead and was described as Deepwater, but was about 15 miles past Deepwater. Also, so remote that we had to wander around area in the dark and finally found a gas station open that provided much needed directions. Was great when we got there, though!
