Our accommodations were nice. The only issue we ran into was noisy guests on our floor constantly slamming doors after 11pm. Guest services did offer to switch us to another floor. The only other downside is the $45 plus tax a night valet fee. That is excessive. We parked around the corner in a garage at 777 Rockwell instead. We saved $20 a night.

The hotel was decent, with a good location for getting to the sights in the area. However, we specifically booked a room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were given a room with one king bed. That would have been fine, except there were three of us. We were told that the rooms were first come first serve. Staff said they were fully booked and could not help us. Had we known there was a chance we would not get the two beds we specifically booked, we would have booked elsewhere.

Liked the location and overall cleanliness. Noise from outside the hotel was loud until about midnight. Several motorcycles kept driving down the street which could be easily heard in our room.
