Charming Clear Lake Cabin

Located in Clearlake, California, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath lakeside retreat has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The home comfortably sleeps your group with a king bed, queen bed, and futon in the main living area, plus a secondary living room featuring a large-screen TV with surround sound and two full-size futons for additional guests. Both bathrooms are modern and well-equipped—including a bidet.

Perched on a private peninsula, the cabin offers a spacious deck with stunning 180° panoramic views of Clear Lake from sunrise to sunset. Guests can enjoy their own private beach and boat launch, providing direct access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating.

Inside, begin your mornings at the coffee bar stocked with 16 different Starbucks blends, and outdoors, unwind with plush patio furniture, a private cabana, propane fire pit, and outdoor heaters—and a Traeger grill w/pellets. perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.

This cabin is also a special memorial to our son, Marine LCpl Faver, who dedicated his life to service. We welcome you to share in the peace and beauty of this retreat, created in his honor and memory.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bagged garbage in garbage can outside behind the garage... please no fish or fish guts
Cover outdoor furniture
Turn off all lights, and AC/Heater units in all 4 rooms. When locking the front door pull the handle to you keep pulling and hold the = button until lock engages.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pets must be at lease 1 year old, spayed or nurtured, not left in the home alone, must be on a leash when out side. Please pick up all animal waste.
guest assume all risk and responsibility to person or property when using the LCpl Faver Lake house, and the property, including boat ramp, and beach.
