"We had a big group to celebrate our mother’s 85th birthday and our so. Achievement of receiving his PhD. The Lake House felt like being at home. Well stocked to host a big group and everything needed was available. We were fortunate to have amazing weather and a wonderful full moon. It was cozy but very comfortable. Our mother had an amazing time. Thank you, would love to return for future family holiday."

The only bummer was the room we had was in Bldg F on ground floor and the lady that checked us in said we would have a partial view of lake but there were too many bushes so it was more like a sliver view. If you come back in the evening you may not be able to park close to your bldg."

"This was the first time we took our toddler glamping and our little family trip was super wonderful . It felt so nice and peaceful to be out in nature . The room was nice and comfortable , the staff was amazing , and I loved how you get the best of both worlds . Nature and also basic elements of comfort . S’mores and looking at the sky full of stars was magical and I can’t wait to come back again. This place felt healing for the soul ."

"The house was perfect for the large number of guests we had. We got lucky with the weather and water quality. There were plenty of activities provided; we set up the volleyball net, played ping pong, and foosball. The kitchen has all the supplies you could think of and we definitely made use of the grill."

"This property was even more amazing in person than the pictures portrayed. We planned to arrive, drop-off our things, check the place out, then go for a hike for the day. We arrived, checked the place out, then wanted to stay and enjoy the scenery, peace and quiet, and serenity of the beautiful lakefront view. The beds and couches were comfortable. It was a great respite for a long weekend!"

"I appreciated how clean everything was. I was glad to have a refrigerator and microwave. I didnt care for the coffee. I was going to get some from the office Kureg but the office was closed. I ended up going to buy another pillow from Walmart for my husband because he needs 2. Overall I liked the Travel Lodge and will stay there when I come back to town."
