The house is located on the lake in Kelseyville with over 10 wineries and 16, easy to hard, hiking trails (refer to our Soda Bay Point Lodge welcome binder for more details about our local wineries and hiking trails) Property has a 180-degree spectacular panoramic view of the lake, mountains, sky and wildlife right off the 2 stories of lake front decks. Lounge on our outdoor sofa on the top deck or hang out on the lower deck in one of the chaise lounges, play cards or enjoy a BBQ dinner at the outdoor table for 8, or sip coffee on the dock in one of the cafe chairs. From the edge of the dock, you do not see any other neighbors or docks! Only hints of lights across the water far away in other towns around the lake.
Easy access to your boat at the properties' own Boat Dock. The famous Soda Hot Springs are about 100 yards off the property. The property has no boat launch. Boats can be launched from, and trailer stored at Clearlake Vista Marina, Boat launch located at 6190 Soda Bay Road. (707) 289-4017, there is a daily fee. please contact the Marina.

What a great location! One of the best areas of Clearlake and overlooks the Soda Bay Springs. The house was very comfortable and the views incredible. Really enjoyed the decks and dock, watching the wildlife and sunsets.
My Fanny and I absolutely loved this house on the lake. It’s the perfect location with amazing views. It was also so nice to have a private dock to park our boat and jet skis.
Property was great. We had an awesome time fishing and relaxing at the property. Check in and out process was easy. Communication with the manager (John) was quick and fast. John was great at getting me the info I needed to get situated even when he was on vacation. We will definitely be coming back.
We celebrated my son 10 birthday here and had a blast. We caught a good amount of large catfish and blue gills. The house was very clean and will absolutely come back. Host was very nice and prompt about replying back. Ty for letting us use your beautiful home
We were part of a Vintage Hydroplane event held at Buckingham and were the envy of many who attended. We hosted a small gathering of 15 people ( from all over the country) on Thursday and Sunday evenings and everyone were in awe of the views and beautiful home. Thanks

Overall I was quite impressed. The view and the location on the water is exceptional. The only negatives is the road from the main road. It's not very long, and it is drivable, but it is very disconcerting. The only other issue is there's three levels so you're going up and down quite a few stairs, stairs and no bathroom on the main level
I feel like we hit the jackpot finding this property! I can't imagine a more beautiful location on Clearlake. The house is on a point at Soda Bay. The views are magnificent and look out to a small island with a natural mineral spring. Each day we were surrounded by a variety of water fowl (Canadian geese, white pelicans, mallard ducks, cormorants, egrets, coots) that were very
enjoyable to watch. The house had everything we needed and we would certainly stay there again.
My family and I have stayed here for the last two years now. It is a perfect location for us with ample fishing and beautiful sunsets. You can’t beat the view. John (the owner) is always very responsive and accommodating! As our family has grown with two little ones, it is really nice to have the spacious house for everyone to have a little bit of their own space. The kitchen is stocked with new pots and pans and appliances like a toaster, blender, coffee maker. There is ample plates/silverware/baking items, limited salt/pepper and a few other seasonings. The only thing we would say to others visiting is that the house could use some better cleaning & maintenance of the outdoor front/back porches, the deck, and the outdoor furniture. The inside was mostly clean, despite the carpet in the living room needing to be vacuumed from visible dirt and stickers (there’s a vacuum in the entryway closet) and the tables wiped down (there were crumbs on the coffee table when we arrived). The outdoor table and chairs on the lower deck are completely covered with spiders so much so that they are completely unusable and starting to fall apart. The screens for the front and back doors are full of bugs. There is rodent poop all over the front porch at the front door so we mostly used the back entrance. It seems the house could just use a good deep clean and pressure wash. We hope to continue to enjoy this property in the future and recommend it to others!

This is a great place, definitely 5 star accommodations. The owners have given thought to all of the little things one might need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. It made for a really fun and relaxing vacation.
The place worked out perfectly. The kids were able to sleep in one room. Apparently a great location for bass fishing if you have skills. Wonderful view, clean, and great outdoor seating. Will definitely revisit.
There were great views for this property, we enjoyed some quality family time and my husband really loved this location for fishing despite no luck with catching anything! Would love to stay again.
