"The staff was great. The deluxe room was well thought out: spacious, convenient hooks in bathroom and on wall when you enter the room. Counter space and storage was spacious , Oneka hair and body care products were great. It kept my skin & hair moisturized. Lots of parking. There is a nice restaurant , Ben and Florentine. Lots of restaurantsin the area. Walmart close by. Close to highway. Subway and bus is convenient."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and booked two rooms. Overall, we had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and everything met our expectations. The only disappointment was that neither of our rooms was cleaned after the first night, even though we were staying for a second night. with more consistent house keeping, our stay would have been excellent."

"Here's the deal - this place is good and the reviews I think if the property leaned in to being a bit more "hostel" than a hotel or bed and breakfast even, their reviews would be a lot more fair. My issues are mostly from lack of communication. Booking through Expedia made it hard to check in (since there's actually no physical person to check in with - and it's done online on their own website.. so if you book here, your email will not be the same as the check in one, so you have to call or show up and talk over their ipad), there was no information in the room about the free breakfast or wifi, but the latter was on a board in the kitchen (which didn't matter, because there wasn't even a password to protect the wifi), and the only reason I knew there was a breakfast was because my profile on their site offered me to add a breakfast for additional fee, BUT AGAIN, WE NEVER GOT BREAKFAST. Never knew timing, assumed kitchen, but nothing was left for us or asked of us.. we weren't itching to have it but we would have liked to be offered or any kind of communication.. The room was definitely not the cleanest; under the bed, the floor in general, was not well cleaned. There were leftover clothes in the dresser. ALL that to say.. the place was good. It was a good place to just sleep in, to leave your personals, it felt safe enough and when we finally met the on duty manager, he was nice. I think this place just needs a bit of a rebrand :)"

"Ok - let's start with the area. The community felt safe - super eclectic, meaning a little grunge and artsy. If you plan to visit downtown, plan for 20-25 minutes drive. Lots of local restaurants, little Italy is close and has great options (Il Bazzali). Skip TaChido and Nouveau Palais (disappointing). Small grocery market 2 doors down from apartment and drug store right across the street. The space. Beds are big but they take up the entire room. Closets but no dressers or other storage. Upstairs bathroom is super small, but does the job. The kitchen and common area is pretty big - the dining chairs are super dirty. Smell. The entryway and stairs have a strong mildew smell - luckily not as bad in the unit, but you can still smell it a bit. Parking. We had luck with street parking. Usually free 9p-9a, but I would use the parking app to secure parking from 7a-12n. You can add time too. Hours vary depending on which side of the street your parking. Didn't need lot parking. Host. Super responsive and helpful. Only issue we had was the washer didn't work, but the maintenance wasn't able to arrive until after we departed."
