A home away from home

From greeting us on parrival to tips and recommendations for our stay, André-Bernard was so helpful. We found every home convenience in the apartment which was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Within walking distance from the apartment there are restaurants, cafés, groceries and pharmacies. It was a 15 minute walk to Laurier Mètro station so access to most attractions and shopping downtown were easy to get to. We would definitely stay again. Merci et à prochaine!

Wonderful apartment with great hosts

We had a lovely time in Montreal, made all the better by André-Bernard and this comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped apartment. André-Bernard went above and beyond, lending us two jerseys for the Canadiens game, collecting us from the airport and being approachable and hospitable but not intrusive throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is also probably my favourite of those I visited in Montréal with excellent coffee and restaurants a stone's throw from André-Bernard's place.

EXCEPTIONAL!!

My husband and two adult kids stayed at Andre-Bernard’s charming home for 7 glorious days. The Neighbourhood is like Pleasant Ville with its lovely shops, many kids, dogs, families and has everything you will need for your stay. The home itself is very well appointed with a wonderful kitchen full of everything you’ll need. Andre-Bernard is such a gracious host and even drove us to our daughter’s house at check out. We will most definitely stay here for our next visit to Montreal!

Wonderful stay in an awesome neighborhood

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Andre's place with our 1-year-old toddler. It's the perfect location to enjoy Montreal, on a lovely street with tons of cafes, restaurants, and access to the park and metro. Andre was so kind and welcoming, helping to ensure we had everything we needed - from parking help, gear for our toddler, and food/drink advice. We hope to be back in the future!

Lovely apartment, great location

André, the host, made us feel very welcome. He gave us a tour of the apartment, explaining how to use the appliances in the up-to-date kitchen, and even helped me to find legal on-street parking nearby. The neighborhood has cafes, markets, and is just a few blocks from a Metro stop.

We’ll be back again!

This was our first vrbo and our first family trip with infant and toddler. Our host was friendly and helpful with suggestions for food and museums to visit when I asked for them. His apartment was clean and homey, and we were able to do laundry and cook in when we liked. The location was perfect for us - we easily parked the car (with the help of our host) and biked everywhere we wanted to go. We had such a wonderful time we can’t wait to come back again!

Lovely apartment, great host!

This is a lovely apartment near Plateau Mont Royale. We were a 10 minute walk from the Metro and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. The place is a fantastic three bedroom apartment with everything you need including an amazing kitchen with an espresso maker! André was a great host. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and made us feel so at home!

Beautiful Plateau Montreal Apparment

The apartment was on a beautiful leafy street around the corner from wonderful eateries, bars, and boutiques. We had an amazing time in Andre's apartment full of vintage art and antique pieces. I really felt like I lived there. It was quite warm when we were there so luckily there was air conditioning and fans in each room. Thanks for being so communicative and sharing your beautiful place with us.

Excellent time in Montreal

Incredible stay in Le Plateau neighborhood of Montreal! Our host was wonderful and even had some groceries waiting for us since we arrived on New Year’s Day and everything was closed. Beautiful apartment with a well-stocked kitchen. My wife loved the Miele coffee machine. Very cozy and comfortable accommodations. Great neighborhood with practically everything you need on Laurier street. Host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions.

Fabulous apartment in a charming neighborhood!

Two friends and I traveled to Montreal for the World Championship Figure Skating competition at the Centre Bell. The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen amenities and appliances were top notch. The bathroom was updated and very spacious.The apartment was very clean. Andre was an exceptional host. On our first day he stopped by to show us around and also answer all of our questions about the neighborhood and the best way to get around including where to buy our train tickets. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous 5 days in Andre Bernard’s superb apartment, located in the super leafy, and quiet residential Mont Royal district. It is convenient for wonderful cafes/restaurants, buses and metros. The apartment itself is incredibly well kitted out, is very comfortable, and has two balconies where you can watch the world go by. Nothing was too much trouble for our host - he was most kind to us and gave us so many good suggestions for places to visit and cafes/restaurants. We would highly recommend this property, and we would love to return if we’re ever back in Montreal. Huge thank you from us all.

Fantastic place

Very nice and clean apartment located at Plateau Mont Royal. Everything inside is exactly as described. André-Bernard is a great host. The place is very close to metro station. Leisurely walking will take you about 15 minutes. With faster pace it usually just 10 minutes from door to actually getting into the train. After that it's 10-15 minutes ride to downtown. Our rental car was parked on the street all the time and not used as metro turned out to be much more convenient. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of shops around. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful apartment in Montreal

I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay in Montreal. Andre was a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and showed us all the features in his beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. He was available when we had questions, and even invited us to join the neighborhood celebration for St.-Jean-Baptiste day. It was awesome! The location of this place is so amazing - there were wonderful restaurants all around, coffee and ice cream shops, cafes, parks, a grocery store and pharmacy, and the metro was close - about an 8 min walk. I felt completely safe walking around by myself and navigating the metro with my older relatives. I loved Montreal and would 100% return to Andre's if I have another opportunity to visit.

Le logement est très bien équipé, les électroménagers dans la cuisine sont à la fine pointe de la technologie dont une cafetière à espresso murale. Le logement est très propre et dispose de grandes pièces pour un grand nombre de personnes. Les lits sont confortables. Le propriétaire nous a aidé avec le stationnement. Il est disponible pour toutes nos questions et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Il est très sympathique et nous y retournerons certainement si nous avons besoin d'un hébergement dans cette région!

Beautiful flat in a fantastic location

This place was perfect for a gals first trip to Montreal. So many shops, restaurants and a beautiful large park within walking distance. We fully utilized both balconies and loved the kitchen - especially the fancy coffee machine. I miss having the best coffee created by myself every morning. The rooms were spacious, and we were able to keep them cool using the large fans provided. Please note there are steep stairs to go up to the flat so if stairs are a challenge - I would not rent this flat. The only thing us gals wished for was a floor length mirror and a larger/lower down mirror in the bathroom. We also enjoyed our every morning visit by a neighborhood cat on the balcony. We would definitely rent this flat again. Highly recommend!
