Friendly staff, who were very helpful with giving us tips on places to visit with young children. The swimming pool access and breakfast convenience was a great addition to the stay, especially with children. The staff who refilled the breakfast stations were pleasant and went around asking guest if they wanted anything before closing up. That was really thoughtful as you don’t see that often in hotels. Overall great stay, we’d book again.

The room was clean and the staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. But the mattress and the sofa bed mattress need to be changed. They are not comfortable and after a long drive a comfortable bed is very needed for a good quality rest.

This is a very straightforward and good place to stay. The rooms are like small apartments, and everything works well. The staff are nice, helpful, and courteous, and the facility is well-managed. The breakfast has a variety of hot and cold options and is of good quality, for a big-chain hotel. The equipment in the fitness room is not adequately maintained, with some pieces of equipment broken for weeks on end. This is unfortunate and needs to be remedied.

Loved the breakfast and the staff are always so nice especially the breakfast people and front desk. The only complaint is that the lotion and conditioner bottles were empty or blocked up so could not use those, other than that lovely stay and will be back for sure

Having the extra floor space of a suite was amazing. The whole room was very efficiently laid out. The staff was extra helpful and friendly, especially Melissa, Patrick and Curtis. They definitely went above and beyond.
