"A decent choice but many annoyances. They charge $25 a day for parking in a place that has no business charging for parking, and there was the hassle of getting in and out through gates with scans and a card. Checking in I learned the place charges a daily facility fee on top of the room rate "like a resort charge," the guy who checked me in said, but there's no resort. (It's for the so-called free WiFi plus small gym and small pool.) Most annoying was a sensor in my room that flash on the overhead light every time I went to the bathroom even at 3am. EVERY TIME, requiring me to go turn it off while half asleep. (It would turn off on its own but after a long wait.) The staff was nice and the room a good size with a fridge but not a place I'll be returning any time soon. "

"We had been on the road for a week and stayed here for a 2 night break, it was an oasis in the city. The spa, gym, pool are spectacular. "

"Hotel is in good location if you need to stay in the Bay Area. Staff is friendly, rooms were clean only downside is there was only one ice machine working for the whole hotel and it was out of ice when we went to get some and one of the elevators was out of order which made waits long at times to get to our room or down to the lobby.
