The private parking was great specially when you’re driving from Texas! Staff was super friendly and they even had a stay dog in the parking that seemed to have been adopted by the hotel and was so cute to see every day! "
"The property is at a great location. However, the WiFi doesn’t not reach all the property, the tv in the room did not work, the bed seemed to have been damaged and there were stain in the sheets. Price seems a bit high for the amenities

"Loved the way me and my brother were treated. We upgraded rooms due to wanting our own beds. The male staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. He asked for our needs and provided such detailed information and overall the help. He was so nice to us I promise I have not been treated this way in an American hotel. "

"El hotel está en un área comercial y céntrica lo cual te puede ser útil si necesitas estar cerca del centro pero si vas a hacer turismo de aventura creo que te puede ser más cómodo algo fuera de ésa zona"
"From the moment we arrived we were graciously welcomed by Marta. She showed us to our very comfortable cabin and told us about the tours to see the animals they are helping and when the meals provided would be served. We took a wonderful walk with Marta to see the different animals they are rescuing. We do not speak Spanish and she did a wonderful job trying to convey her message in English. After having a delicious dinner under an open air palapa, we were taken to see the Jaguar and puma being fed at night. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying at Selva Teenek if you are in the area. Wonderful people, wonderful food, and wonderful accommodations!!"
"Me encantó que la estadía incluye cena y desayuno tipo bufet además con muy buen sazón. Me encantó que no está aglomerado como otros sitios de la huasteca por lo que es un sitio seguro y tranquilo.
Algunas cosas necesitan mantenimiento como la manija del baño se zafaba,puerta vencida y se atoraba,ventilador ruidoso que ocupan una aceitada.
Al ser temática rustica(lo cual me parece excelente y es lo atractivo del lugar), pienso que eso hace que ocupen mantenimiento mas frecuente de lo normal.
Y la portería de fútbol esta rota. Puede caerle a alguien y ocasionar un accidente.
