Overall I liked this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Our room had an AC unit, a large TV, and 2 comfortable king-sized beds. Our room lacked a mini-fridge, and there were no wash cloths in the bathroom. I also had trouble getting any channels on the TV. The outdoor pool was nice and clean. The hotel didn't accept payment from the credit card I used to reserve our rooms online. Apparently they only accept cash. Fortunately we had enough cash on hand to pay, but they didn't agree with the peso to dollar exchange rate used by Exoedia. We ended up having to pay about $30 more than the Expedia listed price.

Mi estancia fue excelente, agradezco infinitamente al sr. Gil que nos ayudo, apoyo y atendió todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno estuvo muy rico. No utilizamos la alberca porque llegábamos muy cansados de la Huasteca, pero el lucar excepcional. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y por supuesto que regresaremos...!!!

Place was great and close to some attractions, Puente de Dios, Cascadas de Tamasopo y las 7 Cascadas. The plaza was only minutes away and also a great place to start your run for those active folks. Pool was great, the room was very clean and beds felt like paradise. Will be back again 👌

El colchon es suave pero no tiene firmeza y puede ser un poco incomodo cuando prefieres un colchon rigido. Solo ofrecen desayunos y los alimentos son abundantes. Las instalaciones son nuevas, estan limpias y el area de la alberca es muy agradable, el agua esta templada y limpia. El personal es muy amable. Si volveria a regresar, Tamasopo tiene muchos lugares hermosos para conocer.
