This hotel is a beautiful oasis in a city that is not particularly appealing but is a great base for visiting the attractions in the Huasteca Potosina.

Es verdad que el hotel es más bonito en persona que en las fotos, el personal muy amable, la comida rica. el tema de la limpieza general cama, baño, pisos, muy buena, solo que en mi cuarto la cabecera y la cortina estaban sucias.

Staff wasn’t too informative, we struggled with parking because of the night events. Until an a parking staff told us he could open the parking for people staying. This is blocked everyday by cones we didn’t know until he told us. I would say it would help if staff was more informative about the hotel since check in. Other than that hotel is good. Expect loud noise at night due to weekend events.

Es un hotel rústico-colonial...sus instalaciones son buenas y un lugar muy limpio y tranquilo, el servicio es excelente. Mi papá (de la 3era. Edad) sugiere un barandal en el baño, para agarrarse tipo pasamanos, para sentirse mas seguros los sres. De la 3era. Edad....a la hora de bañarse, el tenía miedo de resbalarse. El control de la tele o la tv...o no funcionaba bien o nosotros lo desprogramabamos a cada rato...batallamos un poco con la tele. El Internet dentro de la habitación se congelaba a cada rato. Pero en el patio todo bien, es entendible ppr que la red es satelital.

En la recepción la persona no muy amable con los clientes. El cuarto amplio, buen aire acondicionado, lo único que olía mucho a cañería. El restaurante con poco personal y el que alcanzo, alcanzo. Área de jardines muy bonita.
