El servicio, la habitación, el colchon, la limpieza y siempre esta súper caliente la habitación. Demasiado cara la impresión de hojas, el elevador no funcionaba, la ropa de cama y toallas siempre estaba sucias cuando llegaban, regadera con moho… en fin pésima experiencia.

Breakfast was excellent every morning! Lady was really nice variety of breakfast! Wish they had a laundromat self paid . I think they do laundry there and charge you? If you stay long might ask if there is laundry services. If you you stay 2 or 3 days good place to stay ! My wife and I liked breakfast every morning! Needed more electric outlets no microwave or fridge no coffee maker. Great place for short stay !

Bathrooms are dirty, bed sheet ,towers are stain,its a total filthy place,and its not just one room ,when i got there i ask for a room change and they gave me one .but new room was just a filthy.do not stay here if you want a clean room.you will not get it.also they have a no refund policy so once you book your stuck ,you won't be getting your money back, You either stay or lose your money.take notice they don't show any pictures of their bathroom floor and wall ,or toilet in their listing cause they filthy. You used to be able to trust the images they show you in expedia when booking a room i guess thats not the case anymore. The only good thing i can say about this place is the location its a walk away to the usa embassy.

The location of this hotel was great. Accesible to the U.S consulate and the clinics as well as different dinning options. The only thing that I did not like was the cleanliness of my room. My room was never cleaned. The cleaning personal would only bring towels and make out beds but never cleaned our restroom nor fully empty out our trash cans

Rooms are smaller then the US rooms we are used to but still nice. Staff are really nice housekeeping did an amazing job. Front desk they always smiled and greeted us every morning. Food was amazing!!! There are no laundry room so the amenities mention is not true. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends and family members when ever they visit Juarez! Thank ibis staff for a great experience!!!
