"We had a great stay at the hotel! It’s in a great location, and it’s an absolutely beautiful property. I was a little leery about staying at a hotel without staff, but they were in constant communication via text. We had an issue with the AC on the first day, and they sent someone to fix it within hours. They don’t have amenities like a restaurant or a pool, but if you don’t need those things we highly recommend this place."

"The hotel location is excellent- in the old port close to Chateau Frontenac. There is no parking- I ended up at an indoor garage about 1km away. When I first arrived I wasn’t sure what to think.. it’s dark and old upon entering. The room was pleasant- in need of some updates? Yes. But it was clean, basic, a view of Chateau, bed clean and comfortable and it was very quiet. I only spent 1 night - no complaints. My rate did not include breakfast. (The room did not look like the pic on Expedia-no stone exposed wall- but I appreciated the hardwood floors)."
