"My husband and I stayed at the Live Aqua for a long weekend.The property is very well maintained and I adored the aroma therapy options in the room. When we were there the beach was very shallow but still so much fun. The pools were also great. There are lots of them so they never felt crowded. I recommend getting a cabana, the foot massages are A++. The spa was also so amazing, and a must do! The staff was wonderful and it was really sweet to have a Starbucks onsite. The only thing that we found tedious to navigate was finding all of the restaurants and knowing when they were open for lunch or dinner. We found some of the food to be hit or miss but I think that’s personal opinion. The smoothie bar at breakfast was also a favorite. All in all, we loved this resort and will definitely be back! "

You had to give your room key everytime you ordered and then sign the receipt. If all inclusive just let the customers go up and order and forget this stupid room key thingy and t was frustrating and time wasting Won’t go back Room was clean Staff was too slow at the bars Shuttle was good"

"Booking the restaurants is such a complicated thing to do. My wife and I waited at the stake house in a line for 35 minutes. The host would not grant us entrance to the restaurant although we had booked at 7:00 pm. They make it complicated to go to the restaurants so, guests just keep on going to the buffet. We’ll never go back to this hotel. "
