"It is hard to try to explain how disgusting this hotel is. They’re swimming area. Disgusting the walking into the entrance to the hotel no air-conditioned fans blowing AC units everywhere place is absolutely. I don’t even know how they’re open for the health department to come in there they have no restaurant their pool is disgusting along with the hot tub"

"Overall, the property was pretty nice. Breakfast was good, much as you would expect at any Hampton Inn. Most of the staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful. One was a bit aloof. My biggest disappointment was that the pool was broken, so I didn't get to use it for my entire trip. They claimed it had just broken recently, but the pool was quite green and looked like it had been down for weeks."

"The property was very close to three important things: Mayo Clinic as we had a program there to attend, the beach, and St. John's Town Center which we love for shopping and dining. The gym was great, and the pool looked amazing although we did not have time to enjoy that. Nicole responded quickly to all my questions, an provided a couple items we requested within an hour. I would highly recommend. In fact we are going back there tomorrow! :)"

"The accommodations absolutely met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and nearby our local activities, which is exactly what we needed for this stay.Within it's genre it is a five star! The only reason for a four star overall rating is based on the property type - we reserve five star for high end or luxury properties in highly desirable vacation locales. It was easy to check in/out.Absolutely we do not hesitate to recommend if you need a nice place to stay near UNF/Jax/Mayo clinic."

"Would not go back. The doors wouldnt even lock without having to pick up on them. The bed frames are broke and are being held up by random objects and someone lives in the backyard which is not accessible due to being a junk yard of vehicles and a ran down camper."

"My family and I enjoyed staying at this home. The layout of the home is very spacious which allows everyone to enjoy their individual space and at the same time gather as a family in the common area. We only stayed one night and we had fun. We also felt very comfortable and relaxed at the home.The host was very kind. She would always respond when I had any questions. The communication was great between us. The check in and check out time was timely and appreciated.Thank you for a comfortable and safe stay for my family."
