"Bed wasn’t very comfortable. But other than that, good location and it was clean."

"The cleanliness of the room was below expectations. There was a ball of human hair next to the bed. Electrical outlets in the room were not working. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt as though we were sleeping on springs. The staff checking in were rude and unhappy the first night, 2nd night the girl was really nice. The basketballs were in poor condition. I have stayed at this property in the past and have had better experiences, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet the same standards. I would not choose to stay here again. Also, the breakfast is not that great. "

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have had a great experience! This is the first time we had a third floor suite. Unfortunately there was some mold in the shower and hair left over on the pull out bed. The vents in the room also had dust/black soot around them. The room was fine, but not as nice as our others have been. The staff was great as usual, and so was the common areas and shuttle. "

"Rooms are clean, however, AC is outdated and the bathroom wall has water damage on it and bathroom sink was not draining well. All and all, it was a decent place to stay for a reasonable price. "

"This hotel is o ly 1 mile from the parks and downtown Disney. It has plenty of eating places and things to do in walking distance. Only thing that I didn’t like was that we had late check out, and we got walked in on twice during that time. I would book again just for the location alone. "
