The hallways smell, the rooms smell funny and the kitchenette are gross. The night staff is great, maintenance guy is over worked and one of the housekeeping was nice.

The best part of the property is the convenience of location. We went to a concert at the Honda Center and we able to easily walk back and forth with about a 15 minute walk. The rooms were clean. But out dated and in need of renovation. The location to food and restaurants and the movie theater are very close and walkable. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

For the price, we got a clean room, eventually. We checked in and they gave us a room that was not cleaned. Front desk tried to say they didn't have any other rooms like the one we had booked, so tried to give us a smaller room. After talking with the front desk they gave us another rm alike. But other than that issue, rooms was clean, n service got it handled. So 4*s

Was put on the 4th floor... hallway was extremely hot..smelled horrible..carpet didnt look like it had been vacuumed or cleaned in weeks/months... there was no shower curtain in my room.. asked for one.. never got it until I went back to the front desk..had to put it up myself... sink in kitchen was plugged and something floating in the drain. There was something spilled on and in the freezer.. told staff and No one came to clean it. Microwave was rusted and not clean..Outside of the hotel looked good... Definitely not staying again.

Great 2nd stay. Check in was easy. The room access was great. The room was just enough for our 2 night stay. My pup knew her way around, as this was our 2nd stay. Will use this as my place every time I come into town.

Picked this hotel since it was within Walking distance to the Honda Center. When we arrived it looked nice from the outside, but on the inside it was not. It looked run down, old, like an old apartment building. It also had an old musty smell. The elevators were all scratched up with vandalism. The hallway to our room was smokey, carpet had big stains, and could tell it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Once we got into our room, it smelled better and our room was clean. We had no towels, but had to leave for our concert. When we went downstairs to ask for towels, they were being washed so we'd have to wait until we returned. We did get the towels when we returned, but when my daughter went to get into the shower, we realized there was NO shower curtain. There were 2 big holes in the wall where one had been at some point. A new rod had been installed, but there was no curtain and the BIG old holes were still in the wall. It was after midnight and we just wanted to shower, go to bed, and get the heck out of there. Very disappointed!!!
