"We were in the one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It was very clean and very nice. We honestly didn't see any of the staff even once which was pretty funny lol.
We checked in at 11:00 p.m. so we got a text with our room number and PIN code to get in and then check out was also just a phone call to let them know we've left and that was that.
We never even went into the main building to see the lobby or anything because we were so tired after our very full days in Salem.
I can say the outdoor area with the fire pits looked very nice although we couldn't use them due to snow but I'm sure in nice weather they're a really really nice touch.
Walking distance from Essex Street where all the shops are is about 20 minutes - 4 minute car ride.
Very convenient area to stay at, away from all the downtown noise.
Would definitely come here again and maybe take a themed room. We needed the suite with the kitchen this time.
The kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer, oven, Keurig coffee machine with pods.
Everything was very well appointed and would definitely stay here again. "
"Adorable apartment right in the center of everything. Host was super communicative and everything was so smooth. We had a wonderful family Christmas. Would def stay again if we make it back :) "
