Welcome to the historic SouthGate House! Relax at the rooftop wet bar and take in skyline views from each level of this modern urban oasis. Located downtown but with a huge private lot featuring a city view fire pit, three decks and a patio. The modern kitchen provides a spacious area to prep and cook on the gas range or hang out at the countertop bar. The 16’ kitchen ceiling features exposed beams, stained glass and a ten foot ceiling fan. The master suite displays impressive oversized tile throughout with clean gold fixtures and a rain shower head against an opaque glass block ceiling to floor window. The upstairs great room features a relaxing ambrosia wood fireplace and wrap around windows with a city skyline view.

The Historic SouthGate House is a private oasis in the heart of the city. Just over a mile to Bengals and Reds stadiums, this modern 3 bedroom cliff dweller offers breathtaking panoramic views of Cincinnati.
