Welcome to the historic SouthGate House! Relax at the rooftop wet bar and take in skyline views from each level of this modern urban oasis. Located downtown but with a huge private lot featuring a city view fire pit, three decks and a patio. The modern kitchen provides a spacious area to prep and cook on the gas range or hang out at the countertop bar. The 16’ kitchen ceiling features exposed beams, stained glass and a ten foot ceiling fan. The master suite displays impressive oversized tile throughout with clean gold fixtures and a rain shower head against an opaque glass block ceiling to floor window. The upstairs great room features a relaxing ambrosia wood fireplace and wrap around windows with a city skyline view.

The Skyline View rooftop deck is a fabulous private retreat in the heart of the city. This modern, three-bedroom Cliff dweller offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Cincinnati cityscape. The private yard with a skyline view fire pit and spacious 500 square foot rooftop deck with a wet bar is perfect for stargazing or catching a game on the outdoor big screen TV. The Southgate House was a gem

Walking into the Southgate House was a great moment. The interior is done beautifully...it was so cool. The kitchen is great, downstairs bedrooms were comfortable, master bath is really unique, and the living area is spacious and well apportioned. But our favorite gathering spot was the rooftop. The weather was kind enough to hold off the rain and we had amazing views of the city....even treated to a post-Reds fireworks show.The property manager (Calvin) was simply outstanding. He was very communicative and accomodating....great overall experience and we'll definitely like to come back!
