Located next to the interstate system. Quick to get to downtown Cincinnati. There were some temperature fluctuations between the main level and second floor. The representatives were quick to respond, sent out a technician, brought a fan for the 2nd level and offered more blankets for the cooler temperature on the main level. The house had plenty of room for our family of five. "
