"The Montrose Holiday Inn Xpress is doing a great job maintaining their remodel! As they were in the process of getting the carpets cleaned I learned they also have the air units in each room cleaned every year as well (something you’d hope once it was mentioned but is now confirmed).
The staff is Super helpful & friendly and the breakfast is really quite good!

"The hotel is pretty run down, the breakfast is basically not existent (Pop Tarts and Granola bars), the staff needs to be called by phone and the price for taking a dog (yes, my fault, I could have checked before) with 86.5$ is ridiculous. Otherwise the hotel is nicely located and the rooms for the price pretty good. "
