Spa facilities were clean and quite empty so often had it to yourself. Staff were not the most pleasant. Only nice thing was the lady let me check in quite a few hours early which I was massively grateful for. Staff were quite blunt in their replies, not reciprocating my good mornings or hello, just answer my question so felt like they wanted me gone quite quickly. Room was clean and changed daily. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days.
