"This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to handle a large group. The game room was an awesome addition for when the wind picked up and the water became choppy. Private dock is very functional and is ready to accept your boat and/or jetski with large bumpers and several cleats to tie up. The pool ended up being a nice calm place to relax during the heat of the day. Lot's of great memories made this trip. Highly recommend this property, we'll definitely be booking again!"

"Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to eat outside. Anyway, all in all, the place is good, location was good for River stay, would stay there again if we were not able to get our usual place. And bonus, our hostess offered us a return customer discount if we come back, so that is good!"
