"The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the smoke detector had been stolen, the tv was shattered and didn’t work, the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the toilet was tipping sideways like it was sinking in the floor. At 4 am we were awoken by a domestic dispute of a couple screaming and yelling at each other for a good half hour. When I called the front desk, the person said “i don’t know what to do” and I said “could you call the cops?” He told me “you can call the cops, i don’t know what to do.” We were booked for two nights but we checked out early the next morning and refused to stay another night. "

"Air conditioning was fine. I could smell bacon cooking every morning and the room always smelled like bacon. "

"Shops nearby were helpful. Super close to a big Macy’s that had food options and in walking distance of a Trader Joe’s. The pool was under maintenance while we stayed which we were not informed about before hand. That was disappointing. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby area is cute with snacks to purchase, and a great free breakfast. They also do cookie hour in the afternoon :) They have bicycles you can take out (free) which were a major plus as I was able to stroll around the bay and pier with them. Overall great stay for the price and location "
