"Bathroom door was treacherous for pinching fingers. Blanket on bed not adequate. No parking available. Only place to plug in coffee maker was right next to bed, with short cord in the way of exiting the bed. "

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we loved it. We stayed on the top floor, this time with a city view, and it was lovely. This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Chinatown. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel location is perfect, close to everything in Union Square. However the guest overnight parking is $67 which is outrageous. I don’t care how expensive the city is. They should at least give a discount to the guest."

"Room was fine, some light maintenance could be done with sealant etc round the sink but generally OK. Dated decor not an issue, it's budget. Aircon unit a sensible volume, so ok there. Main issue was breakfast doesn't start until 8am, which is very poor and not to basic expectations for access at a motel - despite paying for it we therefore had to skip it as we had tickets for alcatraz, staff were completely inflexible even to grabbing a pastry the night before (which are just in the cupboard) - basically guests are walking in/out as cash machines. Also no seats at breakfast, wouldn't hurt to put 6 stools at the bar, but then people would stay longer and eat more right?"
